Due to our expansive growth, we are hiring a Dispatcher to join our team! Pay:
Up to $18.
00 per hour after training (includes hourly base plus spiffs) Requirements:
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates; Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing; Managing inbound and/or outbound calls; Provide accurate appointment information to internal & external customers; Dispatch technicians one call at a time & debrief technicians after each call; Building sustainable customer relationships; Achieving and exceeding established KPI's and performance goals.
Additional requirements:
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures Ability sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
